Scope
This policy applies to all professional services provided by The Digital Agency LLC, including web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing engagements.
Deposits
Most projects begin with a 50% deposit invoice. This deposit secures your project slot on our calendar. Once work has started, deposits become non-refundable to cover team time already committed.
Cancellation by the client
If you cancel an engagement before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full minus a 10% administrative fee. If work has started, the refund is prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the point of cancellation.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to end an engagement at any time if the scope shifts unreasonably, if we cannot fulfil the brief, or if the working relationship becomes untenable. In that case we refund the unused portion of any deposit.
Disputes
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed brief, please raise it with your project lead within 14 days of delivery. We commit to addressing reasonable concerns at no additional cost.
